Membersy Connect is the administrative console where our partners manage members on their plan(s). The data each user sees is dependent upon what level of the organizational hierarchy their user account is linked to:
- Partner-level users can see all members on all their plans
- Group-level users can see all members on their group's plan(s)
- Region-level users can see all members associated to locations in their region
- Location-level users can see all members associated to their specific location (office)
