You must request a user account from our Partner Success team in order to log in to Membersy Connect. You will be informed once your account is ready, and you will be given a temporary password. If you already have an account, you may log in at https://connect.membersy.com.
Onboarding
If you're logging in to Membersy Connect for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
You may be prompted to provide details about your organization in order for funds to be transferred to a bank account under its control.
First, we'll ask you to fill in basic information such as the name, EIN, and mailing address for the legal entity associated with your user account.
Next, we'll ask for details about a point of contact for the entity.
That's it! You're now ready to start using Membersy Connect.
