Adding Dependent(s)
You can add a maximum of 9 dependents (i.e., a spouse, registered domestic partner, or dependent).
When adding a dependent, you must include First & Last name, as well as Date of Birth.
Checkout Summary
The "Checkout Summary" section calculates the total cost of adding 1 or more dependents.
Payment Details
You can add a new Debit/Credit card by checking the "Add New Card" checkbox.
Clicking the "Cancel" button will undo all changes and navigate you back to the Membersy Portal.
Clicking the "Add & Charge Now" button will save your card information and charge your new card on file.
